Job description

  • Recruitment, training and coordination of human resources
  • Participate in developing recruitment programs and policies to attract qualified candidates to apply
  • Directly implement recruitment-related tasks: Make recruitment plans, receive recruitment needs from departments in the company, post jobs, filter resumes, manage candidate information, directly interview Interviewing, summarizing interview results, and job acceptance procedures
  • Build and develop candidate database
  • Build and manage recruitment fanpage and recruitment section on the Company’s website
  • Participate in resource and market forecasting, and develop reserve human resource training
  • Create relationships with labor supply sources, ensuring reserves when the company has urgent recruitment needs
  • Report and evaluate recruitment effectiveness
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors

Application required

  • Education level: University degree in Human Resource Management, Commerce, Economics or other related majors
  • Skills: Synthesis, analysis and criticism, communication, presentation, negotiation
  • Priority is given to candidates with Human Resources experience in the real estate field
